MUMBAI — In an age where debuts happen every month, you have to be special to be noticed, and talented to impress. Debutant Aayush Sharma seems to have an easy and fluid confidence in “Loveratri.”  So, nepotism is a non-no, talent matters!

The romantic drama’s teaser with a festive and fun feel was launched June 14 with Sharma’s mentor Salman Khan tweeting, “Come fall in love!” If the teaser is an indication, the lead actor has the charm, looks and dance moves to qualify as a future star. The teaser begins with Khan’s voiceover.

“Loveratri” is slated for a Navratri release (Oct. 5) as a dance extravaganza with the right doses of entertainment and romance. Sharma and Warina Hussain both make their debuts and so does director Abhiraj K. Minawala. The film is written by Naren Bhatt (“Veere Di Wedding”) and produced by Khan’s mother Salma Khan for Salman Khan Films. Tanishk Bagchi scores music.
