Known to shun award functions and film events, Ajay Devgn, however, made a prominent exception for the London Indian Film Festival between July 14 and 24. This is because his first international production, “Parched,” was the opening attraction. Directed by Leena Yadav, the film is about four village girls and their fight with tradition. It stars Radhika Apte, Surveen Chawla, Sayani Gupta and Tannishtha Chaterjee. He was accompanied by 13-year-old daughter Nysa.
