New Delhi — Music composer Shekhar Ravjiani may have given many hit scores for Bollywood films but his dream would be to create a composition for megastar Amitabh Bachchan.

The 35-year-old artist, who as part of music duo Vishal-Shekhar has composed award-winning scores for films like “Jhankar Beats,” “Student of the Year” and “Chennai Express,” wants to cut an independent single with the legendary actor.

"My dream is to take out a single with Amitabh Bachchan. I am his fan and love his voice. An independent song, not a film track, with and for him is my ultimate dream. I would be happiest if that happens," Ravjiani said.

The singer-music director, whose latest rendition of the “Hanuman Chalisa” was launched by the 71-year-old actor, says he shares a warm relationship with Bachchan.

"He has always wished me luck for all the previous songs of mine. I used to send my songs to him after recording and he would respond with positive messages. So, this time I knew he had to launch this single. I asked him and he sweetly obliged. Nothing can better this," Ravjiani said.
