MUMBAI—Jacqueline Fernandez, who is known for her beauty and fitness, has some rules that are the secrets behind her sizzling figure. The actress has always been an advocate for being natural in all ways and has adopted the same in her daily life. So here goes:

Getting the right start

Fernandez’s day starts with a glass of warm water and Yoga, which is an absolute part of the workout and fitness regime of the svelte beauty. She practices Yoga at least 3 to 4 times a week. She also likes to practice different activities such as Pilates, Hot Yoga and few sets of planks that help her in staying fit.

Eat and drink right

Fernandez believes that extreme diet and extreme workouts never help, so she follows the middle path. The actress divides her meals into different parts and makes sure that she eats something healthy after every two hours. She also drinks an abundant amount of water that helps to keep her hydrated and also increases the metabolism.

Dance it out

Dance is an integral part of the actress’ fitness regime and during the shoot of her recent movie “A Gentleman: Sundar, Susheel, Risky” she introduced pole dance to her regime. The dance form is a perfect exercise for maintaining a lean figure.

She is so fond of it that she even installed a pole at her own house.

Last but not the least, the actress believes that if you want to stay fit and healthy, no matter what, you should always smile and be positive about yourself. The actress said, “Health is not about your size or your weight, it’s about how strong you feel mentally, it's about how much energy you give your day every day, and it’s about how confident you feel with your skill whatever it may be.”

“A Gentleman: Sundar Susheel Risky” did not do well but Fernandez looked like a dream and her performance was appreciated. The actress is all set to release “Judwaa 2” now.
