MUMBAI — Neil Nitin Mukesh and “Bahubali” star Prabhas will work together in a trilingual film. The film will be made in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu, and will be released next year. The yet-untitled film is being directed by Y. Sujeeth Reddy.
In a media statement, Mukesh said: “I took close to one year to finalize this project. What excites me about the film is the fact that the storyline is very complex, the role is challenging, and I will once again get a chance to experiment. I’m excited to work alongside Prabhas and share screen space with him.”
The actor is currently taking special language classes in Tamil and Telugu for his role and is brushing up on his diction.
This is the first film Mukesh has signed in a long while. He was last seen in the Diwali 2015 release “Prem Ratan Dhan Payo” in a gray role.
