Mumbai: Photographers, who have decided to boycott Salman Khan's events, were missing from his press conference to announce "Bigg Boss" season 8, held on Friday.

Asked if he was missing the photographers, Salman said: "What can I do... I can't force anyone. I have not stopped them from taking my pics... they have banned me and taken a stand. All I can say is do it quietly, respectfully and not like 'macchi (fish)' market."

To a query if he will try and make peace with the photographers, he said: "I don't have a problem, they got angry. I think they should make peace with themselves."

The problem between photographers and Khan began during the launch of the song 'Party With The Devil', from "Kick." Salman arrived hours as the press persons waited for him. Adding to the woes of the photographers present there, the actor refused to pose for them because they were creating a commotion. This left the photographers miffed.

An angry Salman stated that the photographers could leave if they were not interested. Even though Salman readily posed for them after things cooled down, the photographers decided that they would ban his events in the future.
