MUMBAI—Salman Khan, who ended 2017 with a bang by delivering “Tiger Zinda Hai” (his career-biggest grosser), is now the only actor to have three films in the 300 crore club, that too in three consecutive years.

Salman Khan's previous films, “Bajrangi Bhaijaan” and “Sultan” crossed this landmark with Rs. 320 crore and Rs. 300 crore respectively. The former was the biggest hit of 2015 while “Sultan” lost only to “Dangal.” “Tiger Zinda Hai” is the biggest original Hindi hit of 2017, losing first place overall only to “Bahubali 2” (Hindi version). All three films crossed 100 crore within the first three days.

2018 promises “Race 3,” and “Bharat” and “Kick 2” will arrive in 2019.
