MUMBAI— Buzz is that Aamir Khan wants Salman Khan to play Lord Krishna in his “Mahabharat.” Forget friendship: it is the smartest move he can make commercially for a film whose budget will touch the sky!

Aamir Khan and Kangana Ranaut might “collaborate” too. Buzz is that it might be the Arunima Sinha biopic that has already changed hands twice.

A call came from President Ram Nath Kovind’s office to the makers of “102 Not Out,” requesting a screening of the Amitabh Bachchan-Rishi Kapoor film at Rashtrapati Bhavan – a rare honor.

Why do we call it his “debut?” For obvious reasons!

Rishi Kapoor has hinted that RK Studios, the iconic Mumbai landmark built by his father Raj Kapoor in 1945, and whose significant chunk was gutted last year, will be in for redevelopment, with commercial space vying with a film facility.
