Mindy Kaling has found a buyer for her home in Hollywood Hills West and, for $1.61 million, she has parted ways with her house that she purchased four years ago.

The Los Angeles Times reports that the Indian American creator and star of Hulu’s “The Mindy Project” has indeed sold the city-and-ocean-view property spanning about 1,600 square feet of living space, which she had bought for $1.695 million.

Set above Sunset Strip, the 1920s two-story is tucked against the hillside on a lot of about 6,000 square feet, according to The Times report, which adds that the house contains two bedrooms, 2.75 bathrooms, a galley-style kitchen, and a step-down living room with a fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows.

The palm tree-lined property also houses a covered patio to enjoy those beautiful sunsets.

Kaling, according to Variety, continues to own a four-bedroom and three-bathroom late 1920s Spanish Revival hacienda style cottage in the Beverly Grove neighborhood of West Hollywood that she acquired per property records and other online resources in November 2007 for $1.575 million.

Though “The Mindy Project” will end after its sixth season this September, the 36-year-old Indian American actress, who has already written two bestsellers, “Why Not Me?” and “Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me?” has a slew of projects lined up. Among other small screen outings, she will be seen on NBC’s new series, “Champions.” As far as movies are concerned, she has scored roles in “Ocean’s Eight” and Disney’s upcoming film, “A Wrinkle in Time.”
