CANNES — Actress Sonam Kapoor launched Michelin-star chef Vikas Khanna’s book titled “Utsav - A culinary Epic of Indian Festivals” here.

Unveiled May 24 during the 68th Cannes International Film Festival, the book is on Indian cuisine for festivals and rituals.

Before the launch, Kapoor tweeted: “Pl join me as we celebrate India with #UtsavatCannes with @thevikaskhanna today. Moment of pride for all of us in India.”

It was a moment of pride for veteran actor Anupam Kher too.

“Celebrating #UTSAVatCannes- World’s largest compilation of Festivals by @TheVikasKhanna Moment of pride. #JaiHoIndia,” tweeted Kher.

The star chef, who owns the widely popular New York restaurant Junoon, thanked the stars for their support.

“Thank You @sonamakapoor @AnupamPkher for your love and support for #UTSAV and love for Indian Culture. Best V,” tweeted Khanna.
