This letter is in reply to a long letter written by Sawraj Singh where he has expressed doubts about the survival of democracy in India. He is out of his mind to express doubts about democracy and the election process in India. The way he has written shows that he is a strong supporter of Italian-led Congress and their minority vote banks. When Hindus got united and voted in large numbers, Hindu votes got consolidated and the BJP got a huge victory. The BJP lost big in West Bengal, Punjab, Kerala, Orissa, Bihar and New Delhi. No one complained.

Even after the last Lok Sabha elections, many states’ local elections and corporation elections have taken place and BJP and NDA have won big. The northeast states where the BJP was nowhere for 50 years have voted for Modi. So, talking about rigging the machines and playing a dirty game is a somebody’s delusional imagination.

India still has 80% Hindus and in a democracy, everyone matters and majority interests matters. We are living in the USA and have we not seen the government taking care of the interests of Christian institutions, hospitals and addressing the issues raised by Vatican and churches?

The common people in India are happy as black marketers are getting caught and all are forced to pay taxes. Farmers are happy and they are getting money to buy fertilizers from their banks and the government is buying their crops at market prices in their villages. Nearly 80% of houses got electricity and a record number of young men and women have got government help to start their own business.

The BJP and NDA under Modi is giving the nation an honest government which is accountable for its actions. By trying to raise some issues which the Indian nation dismissed after thorough investigation, Mr. Singh is trying to put doubts about the popularity of the NDA and Narendra Modi. If anyone thinks Sonia and Rahul are going to come back to power and take India to new heights, they are delusional.
