Sonam Kapoor is currently busy meeting a physical challenge set for her by her trainer Yasmin Karachiwala. Sonam, like most women, is not very good when it comes to do doing push-ups, due to lack of upper body strength. But now she has vowed  to change that.

Sonam will attempt to build her upper body strength. Over the next 15 days she will perfect her push-ups. And everybody can track her progress as Karachiwala plans to post her progress on her Instagram account every 5 days.

The challenge started when Sonam claimed to her trainer that she could do five push-ups. But when she got down to doing it, she couldn't do it properly. So Karachiwala who feels that women in India typically don’t focus enough on their upper body strength, decided to challenge Sonam and push her to get her push-ups right.

Let's wait and watch if Sonam meets her challenge at the end of 15 days. Go girl!
