What did today’s hotties have by way of kinks as kids? A Mumbai Mirror article had Rishi Kapoor talking on son Ranbir; moms Punam and Neelima on Sonakshi and Shahid respectively; and uncle Aamir on Imran Khan.

Rishi Kapoor recalled how he had to scour the city of London in the rain just to get Ranbir Kapoor a guitar he had seen on television. Ranbir refused to even eat till he got the one he wanted! 

Punam Sinha states that little Sonakshi knew exactly what she wanted and how to get it as a kid. “If she wanted nine laddoos, it was nine, never 10 or eight. She would even bully her brothers Luv and Kush,” states the mother. “Shatrughan Sinha’s apple of his eye made it seem as if the sons were mine! But she never made unreasonable demands and would study on her own.”

Neelima once found Shahid narrating an adventure story to a bunch of kids between 7 and 16 years of age. “We come from a family of writers, and he would bond big time and chat for hours about everything under the sun with my dad, who was a great writer!”

Sunaina Roshan says that young Hrithik Roshan had two fetishes as a kid. “He would keep staring at himself in the mirror and used to dance to music whenever he got a chance.  He would be very protective of me, especially whenever I would speak to another boy, but we often fought and he would fling my glasses each time we did!”

Aamir Khan remembers that Imran Khan, a boarding school student, would love tinkering with the camera on the sets during his vacation trips to Mumbai. “We thought he would become a director,” said Khan.
