Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has joined other leading Bollywood names such as Amitabh Bachchan, Kareena Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Saif Ali Khan, Sonam Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor; and South Indian stars Suriya, R. Madhavan and Dhanush, in a charity auction campaign.
The stars will donate their autographed jeans to be auctioned in the NGO Parikrama’s “Jeaneration” campaign, it was announced Sept. 3 in the Indian media.
According to the Times of India, the campaign aims to collect autographed jeans from celebrities which will then be auctioned for charity. The event was also attended by author and social commentator Shobhaa De, who is associated with the foundation.
