PITTSBURGH, Pa. — The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette recently announced the appointment of Arthi Subramaniam as the new editor of Food & Flavor.
The Indian American used to help her mother and grandmother in their kitchen as a teenager in India. Today, she says she is a food fanatic.
After earning a master’s degree in journalism at Temple University, she started her newspaper career at State College.
While at the Patriot-News in Harrisburg and at the Boston Globe, Subramaniam edited and wrote food stories and reviewed restaurants.
