Atlantic, Gulf and Pacific Company, a Philippines-based company at the forefront of developing scalable, end-to-end LNG delivery solutions, has appointed Abhilesh Gupta as its global CFO and commercial head. Gupta will spearhead the expansion of the company in India and beyond. AG&P specializes in delivering pragmatic, standardized, LNG solutions that are scalable and commercially compelling, delivered months sooner and at lower upfront capital costs. Prior to joining AG&P, Gupta was the group CFO of Asia Genco Pte Ltd. He also served as GM of finance at Petronet LNG Limited.

Marlin Business Services Corp. named Aswin Rajappa as senior VP and chief marketing officer. He joins Marlin from CAN Capital where he was VP of digital and product management. Prior to that, he was senior VP of marketing and analytics at Lendkey Technologies. Before Lendkey, Rajappa spent over 15 years in various marketing leadership positions with Capital One and PricewaterhouseCoopers in the United States, Canada and India.

Axcella Health named Dr. Manu Chakravarthy chief medical officer and senior VP of clinical development. Prior to Axcella, Chakravarthy served as the global head of innovation strategy and external R&D in diabetes and cardiovascular research at Eli Lilly & Co. Before that, he worked at Merck & Co. in various leadership roles. Prior to Merck, he worked at Washington University School of Medicine. Chakravarthy received his M.D. from the University of Texas Houston Medical School, and his doctorate from the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center.

Zycus named Amit Bhatia the lead of Zycus Business for its Asia region. Bhatia comes to Zycus with 19 years of experience in such companies as Genpact and SAP. Bhatia recently served as head of sales for South East Asia at Lithium Technologies and, prior to that, led the India subcontinent region for SAP Ariba.

Enphase Energy Inc., a global energy technology company, named Badri Kothandaraman president and CEO as well as a member of its board of directors. Prior to joining Enphase as COO, Kothandaraman gained strong technical, operational, strategy, and leadership experience during his 21-year career at Cypress Semiconductor.  An engineer by training, Kothandaraman received his B.Tech degree from IIT Madras and an M.S. degree in materials science from U.C. Berkeley. He started his career with Cypress Semiconductor in 1995 and worked in process technology development and chip design before becoming vice president of the Asynchronous SRAM Business in 2008. He also served as the executive director of Cypress Semiconductor Technology India Private Limited from 2012 to 2016.

Angel Island Capital announced the appointment of Dev Gopalan as CEO. Gopalan joins Angel Island Capital from leading global investment firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts. Prior to KKR, Gopalan was a principal of private investments/private debt at the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board. Earlier in his career, he worked at Barclays Capital, Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase in high-yield capital markets as well as high-yield/leveraged loan research covering a variety of sectors. Gopalan has a master’s degree from Brandeis University and bachelor's from Georgetown University.
