iQor, a global managed services provider embedded in the flow between product, people and services, named Deepak Batheja chief digital officer and group CIO. Batheja joins iQor from Interactions, where he served as executive VP of technology and CIO. Prior to that, he served as CTO at Sutherland Global Services. Batheja has also held senior posts at Deloitte, Unisys and SunGard, among others. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics and an M.S. degree in distributed computing.

Acelity L.P. Inc., a global advanced wound care company, announced Ramesh Subrahmanian will join the company as president for the international region and member of the senior leadership team. Subrahmanian is the former group president of international for Stryker Corporation. He has also served as president of Asia-Pacific for Merck & Co., as well as a range of commercial leadership roles at Sanofi. He holds a professional certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, as well as a degree from the City of London Polytechnic and a bachelor of commerce, economics, financial management and accounting from the University of Bombay.

Aviso, an AI-powered sales forecasting and visibility company, announced that technology veteran Manas Chaliha has joined the company as VP of engineering. Prior to joining Aviso, Chaliha was a founding technical leader at Snapfish. He brings expertise in technology planning and development for complex corporate business systems, processes and rapid technology innovation, the company said.

Mars Incorporated named Sandeep Dadlani as chief digital officer where he will be responsible for working with Mars' global business segments to drive its digital transformation agenda, while delivering effectiveness and efficiency to our existing technology platforms. Before joining Mars, Dadlani worked at Infosys as president and head of Americas. He also was the global head of Infosys' manufacturing, retail, CPG and logistic practices. Dadlani earned a B.E. from M.S. University in Baroda, India, and an M.B.A. in finance from Mumbai University.

IFMA has hired Mahender Singh to serve as director of IFMA India. He brings more than 25 years of experience in facilities, corporate real estate, facilities operations, turn around management, business development, finance and general administration. His end-to-end experience in real estate services make him the ideal candidate for this critical position as IFMA works to support the emerging FM industry in India, the company said in a statement. Singh will work to further develop IFMA’s growing membership portfolio of regional and national accounts.

Iconixx, an enterprise-class sales compensation software provider, named Ronnie Sheth as VP of customer success. Sheth will lead all initiatives responsible for ensuring the success of Iconixx customers. She brings with her a deep knowledge of the SPM space, a vision for stronger partnerships with Iconixx customers and a passion to create a thriving customer community. She joins Iconixx from IBM where she held various positions in their SPM and Analytics divisions. She holds an M.B.A. from Rochester Institute of Technology and a B.S. from Roberts Wesleyan College.
