Teridion, a leader in cloud networking, announced the appointment of Manav Mishra as VP of product management. Mishra brings 20 years of experience in key product, business and technical leadership roles with top-tier, innovative companies. Prior to joining Teridion, the Indian American was VP of product management at HPE. Prior to HPE, he led product and engineering teams that delivered key cloud platforms and services at Google, Microsoft and Intel. Mishra has also authored several international publications and is an inventor on several patents.

Evoqua Water Technologies announced it has created a new chief growth officer role focused on taking its organic and inorganic growth objectives to even higher levels. Snehal Desai, former global business director of the Dow Water & Process Solutions business has joined Evoqua as EVP and chief growth officer. At Dow, Desai was responsible for developing and implementing the growth strategy for the business and leading approximately 1,700 employees worldwide. As CGO, Desai will oversee Evoqua corporate strategy, M&A, RD&E, strategic marketing, corporate and marketing communications, cross-selling and the company’s smart water efforts.

Nikhil Chandhok, director of product for augmented reality at Google, is joining Facebook to lead product management of its camera team working on AR. Chandhok said he is looking forward to build upon a platform that allows for the creation and discovery of global AR experiences everywhere. At Google, Chandhok worked for the company's "ARCore" smartphone AR platform and Daydream VR platform.

• The GSMA named Manoj Misra as its senior public policy director for India. Misra was most recently GM and head of regulatory and external affairs for Vodafone India. Prior to Vodafone, Misra was deputy adviser for Telecom Regulatory Authority of India, a national regulator of the telecommunications sector in India. Misra holds a bachelor of commerce degree from the University of Lucknow, India, and is a chartered accountant with The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India New Delhi.

Ryder System Inc., a leader in commercial fleet management, dedicated transportation and supply chain solutions, named Rajeev Ravindran CIO. Ravindran is responsible for all aspects of Ryder’s IT organization, including the technology, vision, strategy and execution of Ryder’s key IT platforms and systems. Prior to this position, Ravindran was the CIO and group VP at JM Enterprises. He has worked in roles at various companies including Interactive Metronome, Asista.com and AutoNation. Ravindran earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Miami.

Korn Ferry announced that Deepali Vyas has joined the firm’s financial services practice as a senior client partner. Vyas has led global searches for asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, investment and commercial banks, pension funds and other financial institutions, in addition to FinTech and technology organizations. She has previously held leadership roles at executive search firms. She earned a bachelor’s degree in financial mathematics from the University of Colorado and completed coursework in London School of Economics and Political Science International Finance master’s degree program.
