1. Delegate Tasks

Take some time out and reflect on all the tasks that you have set upon yourself to perform. If they appear too much for you and are making you stressful and sucking energy and fun out of you, it would be advisable to delegate some tasks to your family members and friends. Matrimony can be a fun-filled affair, and, if you cannot enjoy your own wedding, then you are missing out on a golden opportunity.

Take time out for yourself out of your busy schedule and go check out a great massage parlor to get a relaxing massage. Get a hold of your friend or fiancé and unwind your muscles. A pedicure or massage can be a great way to let loose and relax amid all the hustle and bustle of your wedding. It helps relax your muscles and lower mental stress. Also, it’s a great way to catch some alone time with your betrothed.

3. Yoga

Yoga always helps in the relaxation of the mind and body. Try some stretching and breathing exercises to let some fresh air in. Add meditation to your daily routine to keep your mind calm and at peace at all times. Yoga and a sound meditation keep your blood pressure low and releases tension from muscles. It helps release happy hormones into the blood, which will keep you going throughout the day.

4. Eat Healthful Food

To stay healthy, it is important to keep a close check on what you eat constantly. Eat light and healthy food that keeps you feeling energetic and sprightly. Include green tea and loads of fruits with vegetables into your routine to reap the benefits of their antioxidants and natural stress relievers. You’d be surprised by how far you can go with the right eating habits and the appropriate amount of exercise.

5. Prioritize Everything

Do not try to get all the work done in a jiffy. Every plan needs effort and takes its own time to unfold in a proper manner. Remember that it is not a formal affair or an office party; it is your wedding that you are preparing for, and you should be able to enjoy each moment of it as the experience is going to stay with you throughout your life. So, relax and decide what your priorities are. If the flower guys are late, they’re late. You’ve got bigger fish to fry.

Your wedding may be one of the most important events in your life, but it should not turn into a burden that would leave you dull and in want of energy.
