MUMBAI—Bollywood Hungama exclusively reports from “sources” that the heroines of the fourth film in the “Housefull” franchise have been actually finalized but not yet officially announced.

The makers have apparently chosen Parineeti Chopra (the girl who did the fourth and most successful part of the “Golmaal” franchise, which is also a comedy), Disha Patani and Kiara Advani. Chopra will be paired opposite Akshay Kumar.

Riteish Deshmukh, the only key member apart from Akshay Kumar, and John Abraham (coming back after “Housefull 2”) will be in the cast alongside, reportedly, Sanjay Dutt. As of now, there seems be no place for Jacqueline Fernandez, who did a cameo in the first film, was John Abraham’s heroine in Part 2, and had graduated to Akshay Kumar in Part 3. But as she is very close to producer Sajid Nadiadwala, we can never say anything.

Director Sajid Khan is back in his franchise replacing writers Sajid-Farhad, who had stepped in to direct “Housefull 3.” And just as “Golmaal Again” (film no. 4) went in for horror, and so did “Great Grand Masti,” the third film in another comic franchise, “Housefull 4” will be a funny take on reincarnation, mixed for the first time with comedy in a Hindi film. The film will be a 2019 release.

Franchises from the Sajid Nadiadwala banner:

1) Housefull, Housefull 2, Housefull 3, Housefull 4 (forthcoming)

2) Baaghi, Baaghi 2 (forthcoming)

3) Kick, Kick 2 (forthcoming)

4) Judwaa, Judwaa 2 (reboot of the first film)

Part 4 in Hindi film franchises

2 Golmaal, Golmaal Returns, Golmaal 3, Golmaal Again (Comedy)

3 Housefull, Housefull 2, Housefull 3, Housefull 4 (forthcoming) (Comedy)

4 Koi Mil Gaya, Krrish, Krrish 3, Krrish 4 (announced) (Action)
