Indian actress Priyanka Chopra, who is currently busy filming Season 3 of ABC’s “Quantico” in New York, spilled the beans on her relationship status. Fans, keenly tracking her professional journey, have always been eager to know what’s going on in her personal life as well.

All these years, Chopra has smartly evaded the question, often saying, “A girl is single till she has a ring on that finger.”

But in a recent interview to a magazine, she sort of explained how her personal life has been, or how it was up until a year ago. From claiming her relationship status to being single to revealing being in a very committed relationship in the past – there’s a lot that was on her mind and that she shared.

“Right now, I’m single. Of course, I’ve been double ya! What do you think I’m a saint? But recently, I’ve been single. Let’s just say that,” Chopra revealed in an interview with Filmfare, adding that she didn’t date any of her co-stars on “Quantico.”

“Not my co-stars because they’re all married!” she said. But she mentioned that she did date someone in the U.S.

“Hmmm... I’ve been single after a really, really long time. I get a lot of attention. But I don’t know what to do with it.  (Laughs) Of course, I like it. I’m a girl and I’m vain,” she quipped.

Obviously, she hasn’t met anyone interesting enough who would sweep her off her feet.

“No, I haven’t. I’m a serial monogamist,” she was quoted as saying. “I was in a very committed relationship. But since almost a year, I’ve been single. I’ve met a bunch of people. I’ve gone out with people. I let someone woo me but no... My mind hasn’t exploded, not yet!”

No names were dropped and no hints were given so we can say Chopra did, and continues to do, a pretty darn good job of keeping her personal life personal.
