MUMBAI—Netflix has launched the trailer of its film “Cobalt Blue,” a drama that follows an unconventional narrative. Based on a bestselling novel, the film reels off the story of a brother and sister who fall in love with the same man and how their family is shattered by the ensuing events. Set in the early 1990s, the film explores the various shades of a relationship and love.

“Cobalt Blue” stars Prateik Babbar along with Neelay Mehendale and Anjali Sivaraman in lead roles. The film is directed and written by Sachin Kundalkar, who is also the author of the novel “Cobalt Blue.” The film is set to premiere exclusively on Netflix Dec 3. The film is produced by Open Air Films.
